They gave us a welcome cake. However the Toilet smells, and the hotel is a bit run down too. It's an average hotel honestly. But breakfast variety is very good!!

We booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think. Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run. It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

Ini salah satu hotel dlm wishlist saya. Akhirnya kesampean juga. Lokasinya dekat dgn univ anak saya. Saat saya book kamar di hotel krn adanya family room dan bathtub. Saya sgt puas dgn pelayanannya. Namun krgnya di kamar tdk tersedia hairdryer. Untuk fasilitas anak2 yg menjadi poin utama hotel ini, menurut saya cocok utk anak2 umur sd 10thn. Kolam renang jg terlalu kecil utk dewasa mengingat byknya anak kecil. Hotel rekomen buat family dgn anak masih kecil.

Ke 3 kali stay disini selalu di upgrade kamar thank you yaaa ❤️ cuma tolong perhatikan kebersihan gelas2 dikamar ya. Sarapan nya enak dan variatif. Cuma sayang stay kali ini weekdays jadi ga ada menu sarapan di area kids. Nyobain juga bubba spa kids nya dan anak saya suka sekali. Semoga ada promo2 ya untuk fasilitas spa anak nya ☺️ overall semua ok banget next kalau stay lagi semoga dapat upgrade kamar lagi ya 😅

Went to Bandung just because of this hotel 😅 perfect for those with young kids cause mostly everything is in this hotel. Both my kids loved it here, the mini zoo has free entry and the kids pool is heated 🤩 Room is big but has basic amenities. There was no view for this hotel but we didn’t mind. Close to Ciwalk mall, and there ware many alfamarts across the road.

Lokasi hotel strategis, proses check-in lumayan cepat hanya saja masih menunggu perlengkapan amenities kamar yg belum lengkap sehingga menunggu beberapa menit untuk bisa masuk kekamar, hotel sangat kids friendly, banyak fasilitas anak yang dapat dinikmati, dan untuk breakfast sangat banyak variant nya dan ada kids corner.
